1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information Collected Locally (Not Sent to Servers)
The following information is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers:

- Contacts and Calendar Events: If you use contact or calendar cleanup features, this data is processed locally and not transmitted externally.
- Private Vault Content: Media stored in the encrypted Private Vault is saved locally in the app's secure storage using AES encryption. This content is never sent to external servers.
- User Preferences: App settings, cleanup statistics (files cleaned, storage freed), and feature preferences are stored locally using device storage.
- PIN Code: Your Private Vault PIN is stored securely in the device Keychain with device-only access restrictions.

5. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
5.1 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
iOS requires our app to request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can grant or deny this permission when prompted, or change it anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Impact of Denying: If you deny ATT permission, we cannot collect your IDFA, which limits our ability to measure ad effectiveness but does not affect core app functionality.
5.2 Photo Library Access
You control photo library permissions through iOS Settings > DeepCleaner > Photos. You can choose "None," "Selected Photos," or "Full Access." Limiting access will restrict the app's ability to scan and clean your library.
5.3 Data Access and Deletion
You have the right to:
- Access Your Data: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Delete Your Data: Request deletion of your data from our servers
- Correct Data: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Opt-Out: Disable tracking through iOS ATT settings
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@trueheart.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
5.4 Third-Party Opt-Out
6. Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@trueheart.uk, and we will delete such information.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and European Union. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the app, you consent to such transfers. We use standard contractual clauses and other safeguards to protect your data during international transfers.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Material changes will be notified through an in-app notice or push notification. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
